Charlene is a Business, Leadership and Personal Development coach. She loves coaching leaders of all ages and experience levels. She has always been passionate about helping people identify their dreams, fulfill their goals, reach their potential, and live their lives to the fullest. In the business world, she coaches leaders such as: frontline staff, department heads, human resource professionals, general managers, college professors, and executives. Outside of the business world, she coaches children, youth, parents, and individuals looking to transform from their current state and kickstart their personal development to live their very best life.
She retired from her career after 29 years as the General Manager of a large aquatic, fitness and wellness facility and was responsible for 300+ staff. She has over 35 years of experience in leadership, facilitation, supervision and management.
She is a certified CPCC coach from CTI and is a PCC accredited coach with the International Coaching Federation. Charlene is a Positive Psychology Practitioner, a Personality Dimensions Level II Trainer, an Enneagram Trainer, and a LIA Individual & Team (EQ) Practitioner. She has a certificate in Neuroscience and Applied Brain Health and is trained in Servant Leadership,Meditation & Mindfulness, Appreciative Inquiry, and business planning and facilitation.
Not only did she decide in retirement to continue with business, leadership and personal development coaching, but she became certified as a children’s coach and began coaching children and youth to give them the tools to deal with anxiety and increase their self-esteem and self-confidence.
Charlene truly loves supporting new and experienced leaders to develop & grow and work at their career with passion - clarifying their vision, values, and goals so they can feel confident and focused. She combines her work experience and training to bring a variety of perspectives and transformational opportunities to her clients. She works with them and supports them to get from where they currently are in their career to where they dreamed of getting.
Charlene is thrilled to take on the role of Director of Membership with the ICF Edmonton Chapter. She looks forward to working with the board and members.
