Lisa is a Certified Coach, Career Consultant, mentor coach, trainer, group facilitator and business owner with over 20 years’ experience building relationships, trust and powerful learning experiences. She’s a leader and an enthusiastic collaborator using humor and her outgoing personality to connect with people. Lisa has been coaching since graduating from The Coaches Training Institute in 2001 and is certified in two coaching models. She trains coaching workshops, Crucial Conversations and the Strengths Deployment Inventory.
Lisa has over 500 hours of coaching leaders in industry, government and young adults transitioning into the workforce.
Prior to joining the Coaching profession, Lisa enjoyed a successful career in senior level marketing positions for Labatt Breweries, Stantec and Alberta Cancer Foundation. She is an active Board member of the Edmonton Chapter of the International Coach Federation and enjoys the camaraderie with the Board members and the greater coaching community.
Lisa is committed to creating trust and a safe place for clients to explore and share their deepest aspirations. She stresses the importance of taking action to create results, and provides built-in accountability to ensure goals are met. Lisa is gentle but firm in her approach to hold clients accountable to what they want and empowers clients to make choices based on their values and what they really want instead of what they feel they ‘should’ do.
