Demonstrated through a series of projects with the Government of Alberta, her work underpinned a decade-long transformation creating respectful, healthy workplaces. More recently, applying expertise in positive psychology and change management to build the agility and effectiveness of organizations across sectors, including Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Higher Education, Environmental and Health Services as a Director of my consulting firm, Melnyk Consultancy Ltd.
