Powerful Questioning is the ability to ask questions that reveal the information needed for maximum benefit to the coaching relationship and the client. It leads to discovery, insight, commitment and clarity, and supports the client to move forward. You will interactively explore the purpose and demonstration of this competency.
About the Presenter
Jamie Davidoff is a Leadership Coach and Organizational Culture Consultant. She works collaboratively with clients to create the required focus, clarity, and strategy to move forward with momentum. She believes that harnessing the passion of people creates organizational success through improved attraction and retention, innovation, customer and client engagement, and better business results. For over 16 years, Jamie has worked in a wide variety of industries in the areas of leadership coaching, mentor coaching, and organizational culture. She holds a BCom degree from UBC and is currently a student of MA Leadership at Royal Roads University.
Remaining webinars take place at 10:30am PT; 11:30am MT; 1:30pm ET
Each webinar is one hour and is eligible for 1.0 CCEU
