In this experiential session, you will learn about group coaching based on the work by Jennifer Britton, by being immersed in it. The presenters will also share highlights and learning from the Group Coaching Prototype being delivered in the Government of Alberta.

Objectives: By the end of this session, as participants, you will:
- Have increased individual awareness regarding the Group Program Continuum (Training/Facilitation/Coaching)
- Know what skills support practice as a group coach
- Learn how to apply ICF core competencies to group coaching
