Our Panelists

 Dr. Joel M. Rothaizer, MCC

An executive coach and organizational consultant with extensive training and over 30 years experience in understanding the functioning of both organizations and the people within them. He is an Official Member of the Forbes Coaches Council. A licensed Psychologist and Certified Business Coach, Joel is also on the faculty of the University of Miami Certified Professional Coach Program and Corporate Coach University, as well as a Certified Enneagram Teacher.

Cynthia Moffat, PCC 

An executive coach, consultant and author, Cynthia is credentialed through the Coaches Training Institute (2007) and International Coaching Federation (2011), serving on ICF’s Chapter Board of Directors 2014 through 2018.

Partnering with corporate leaders throughout North America for nearly 20 years, Cynthia believes the success and sustainability of any organization or endeavor is directly related to the effectiveness of those leading it. Licensed to deliver The Leadership Circle™ and Culture Survey™ instruments, her expertise lies in supporting leaders with the “doing” and “being” of leadership by balancing their task and relationship competencies.

Cynthia’s recent achievements include recognition as one of Edmonton’s Top 20 Executive Coaches by Influential Digest+ (2020) and publication of “Activate Your Life”: Transformational Exercises from Coaches Around the World”, Volumes 1 and 2 (2018/2019), debuting at #1 on Amazon in the U.S.A., Canada, UK, Australia and Germany.

Laurel Vespi, PCC

For more than 30 years Laurel Vespi has been inspiring and helping individuals, organizations and businesses get important stuff done while feeling less stressed and more satisfied in the midst of a hectic and distracted world. She believes the key to our success is learning to savour each day, no matter what the day might bring, through positive routines, powerful skillsets and a positivity mindset. Laurel is an ICF Professional Certified Coach, has a Master of Education degree, and is a Certified Lifestyle Meditation teacher. She is the author of two award winning books Spontaneous Combustion: Setting Your Life on Fire and To Be Awake which provide inspiration and practical ideas to help people live more mindful and intentional lives. Laurel is also the host of the popular podcast The Being & The Doing.
