Evening Workshop: Immunity to Change

Participants are eligible for 1.5 Continuing Coach Education Units
(Core Competencies) from the ICF.

Join us for a practical and interactive educational session based on the work of Harvard Professors Robert Kegan and Lisa Lahey.Lori_Professional

Lori Lacey, Executive and Leadership Development Coach and certified practitioner of the Immunity to Change process, will lead us in a 90 minute workshop.

Lori will introduce the method used to help uncover and explain the deep protections we have in place that can hold us back and prevent us from making the changes we most desire.  You will learn to ask your clients the questions that will help them uncover their immunities and implement small safe experiments that will lead to a lasting change in behaviour.

We all know how hard it can be to change a well-worn habit or behaviour. Sometimes desire and motivation aren't enough; even when it's literally a matter of life or death, the ability to make lasting change can remain elusive. That’s where uncovering and pinpointing how individual beliefs along with collective mind-sets can combine to create a natural but powerful immunity to change, personally and within organizations.

You won’t want to miss session and be sure to bring your own biggest change challenge with you to explore!
