COVID-19 preceded and accompanied by Alberta’s economic downturn, has upended the personal and professional lives of coaches, clients, and organizations. This session will focus on the concept of post-traumatic growth – for coaches as well as their clients – as a foundation for change and success.
Participants will be provided an opportunity to reflect on past challenges and impact of current reality for self, how that might effect a coaching mindset and coaching presence, and ultimately translate to evoking awareness and facilitating client growth.
By the end of this session, as participants, you will be able to:
- Understand and appreciate the concept of post-traumatic growth within the context of coaching
- Understand and be able to leverage personal resources, networks and capabilities to support post-traumatic growth as a practicing coach
- Understand how/when to support coaching clients in post-traumatic growth
