Have you thought about maximizing your impact as a coach by working with groups, not just individuals? Or do you already work with groups and would like to be more intentional about coaching for results? If you can answer yes to either of these questions, or if you are simply curious about the benefits of group coaching, then plan to attend!

In this experiential session, you will learn about group coaching based on the work by Jennifer Britton, by being immersed in it.  The presenters will also share highlights and learning from the Group Coaching Prototype being delivered in the Government of Alberta.

Don’t miss this opportunity to learn how your skills and competencies could support you to become a Group Coach!

Objectives: By the end of this session, as participants, you will:

  1. Have increased individual awareness regarding the Group Program Continuum (Training/Facilitation/Coaching)
  2. Know what skills support practice as a group coach
  3. Learn how to apply ICF core competencies to group coaching
